Here is a simple guide for transferring money in xoom using this easy application, as it has become the standard method for both personal and business transactions, especially by those new to it.

Transfer to another bank account


You can do this by going to your current account or any other account that you have set up, then you click 'Transfer' in one of the details options like I have chosen my old account. You will then see an additional option for transferring funds to an existing bank account. The first time you want to use this method make sure you use two accounts if you don’t know which one your previous and new account are.

You cannot transfer money to an old bank account unless you have successfully transferred funds from it.

In most cases, when people need additional money it's usually because they forgot about their balance or something happened to their credit. This method is sometimes used by companies looking to rehire employees but only if nothing else happens to this other employee.


You can view all transfer options under the ‘Request’ tab

Here you can see which one you want to use to do your transaction, whether from your current account or not. If you choose your own current account then you can also change the name in the left menu.

Click on the transfer option and enter the amount and other account information from where you want to withdraw. In this case, you have already made a choice.

After selecting an option then you will be asked to confirm

In order to complete the transaction, at the end of the process, you need to follow these steps:

You must register yourself and activate at least one account. Only after doing this should you proceed with your transaction. Once you have done this, you can view all the available options. When you have seen all the available options then click on "Request" > "Request’s a copy to my personal account". 

This account is for personal use only, it needs no password to access. It will allow us to keep track of all the money received and used on the transaction and it will also give us back a percentage of each transaction. We are happy to answer questions via email or on telephone help-desk in case you have any questions regarding how much money you will receive from the transfer process. In case you have problems with the  request for money, then you can send us the query through Email, we will respond quickly. When you have completed your request then your selected account will be updated with the amount transferred. However, you cannot simply send the new transfer in one go, so once again, we recommend you transfer funds separately from what you have requested. Please wait until you have transferred at least 1000 bancs before proceeding. At the end of the process, there will be a confirmation of the payment. If the payment is accepted you will get the transfer from the sender, otherwise the amount will remain on your account.

If you choose to send everything at once, just as our company does, please refer to the system page and pay for all transfers by sending them individually. After paying you will be issued a voucher which might appear similar to this one but you can check it later to verify the transfer in person.

Here i also mentioned the type of account that is used for your transaction. So you are free to choose your own account or one provided if you don't have one. But for example, if you have a credit card, then you can make use of this for your transactions. Note as to the account that will be used for the transfer, select as you wish.

A successful bank transfer requires that the sum that has been transferred matches exactly the sum of the total amount, or the difference between them. That sum can be shown in the receipt details or on the website. And this is why the exact same sum of the number can be re-transferred, as you can always determine the difference in the first place.

The amount that was transfer can sometimes be visible to everyone, this is called "forwarding", but sometimes it cannot be shown so the recipient will have to check it in the future.

For example, let's say that you have an AVA with iphone 8, so the total cost of the original purchase is $2000. If you send the transfer, the total amount will only be $1000, so without forwarding the whole amount you would have transferred the overall amount to your final destination. This is also referred to as "forwarding" as well.

This kind of transfer can also happen to banks transferring their funds to a remitter, since you are unable to tell who these two parties will be. For example, suppose you were buying some iPhone when you transferred the amount of $500 from your bank account to your debit card, while the receiver is an independent seller and you don’t know the identity of the buyer.

It is important to remember that the receiver and the sender have done their research and find out the sender's actual address. If they are two separate entities and you do not know the exact address, then you do not really know who the sender is and you can never get a clear answer as to who will have received the money. Therefore, you need to forward this portion of the transfer. Then whoever receives the money will be able to know the sender and they can claim its return.

Therefore, if you sent $500 to somebody with a VISA, you should always forward this part of the transfer. Even though you might not know the actual location of the sender, so, you can still find his or her address.

If you send the entire amount of $500 to someone for whom the Bank did not have a debit card, then the bank needs to send this amount to a third party. Therefore, you can say that you might have sent as much money as possible to the receiver but the Bank has not yet paid for it. So your transfer is not completely confirmed until you receive the money, regardless of how little you have sent.

In the event that you did not receive the money at all, you can always claim the refund from your bank account, even using a cheque. Just ensure that the amount is correct, then fill the relevant fields and send it to your bank account. Remember that your bank name can be displayed in front of the transfer amount, so you will be asked if you wanted to use our account for sending this transfer.

When a refund is received they will issue the money to your bank account and you can either use these funds or pay for them online. Depending on the amount, you will receive the full amount and the amount should be displayed on the screen you are viewing. Alternatively you can set a limit for what amounts you can receive.
