Future of e sports | E sports
Sports are part of life, every individual has to go to a game every day and that game is the main source for our entertainment in this world. There are many sporting events like football, basketball, hockey, track, etc these are some major sport events of this time, we have seen a remarkable growth in this industry, the gaming sector of games has significantly increased when compared to other sectors. This has led to an increase in the number of gamers, it can be concluded that there was significant investment in the gaming and eSports industries. Nowadays there are so many companies with a good reputation. The digital world has become more than just a consumer sector. It is now an integral part of everyday activities. People from all over the world want a solution or better alternatives. The people of this industry have different views and perceptions towards these new technologies and the role they play in various fields. In this article we will discuss about the upcoming trends in the field and what new possibilities await us in the next few years.
The evolution of technology has helped us evolve into a whole new generation as it helps us reach further. Our communication, transport and communication has been revolutionized and helped us to keep up with each other in this world. As we saw the emergence of smartphones along with internet for accessing information and entertainment. So, today a lot of innovations have happened in terms of how we can provide great opportunities to our users. And, by providing them an advantage through the use of technology in our modern times. A lot of changes have occurred in the online environment. These tools help to make the process accessible to everyone. They allow us to communicate globally without any geographical boundaries. We can access information at our fingertips and make it available anytime we require. Technology keeps advancing one step after another and it is not going anywhere soon. It gives you lots of options to choose from and the choices are endless. This technology also plays a huge role in promoting innovation. Technology nowadays provides us the opportunity to experiment with new ideas and new ways of doing things. You can think out of the box and do anything that you like. This is where creativity and imagination comes into play. Because, with technological advancements you are provided with unlimited freedom to make your own mistakes and try different ideas in order to come up with something original. This is where we see that more people prefer this mode of thinking rather than a traditional approach towards solving problems. It gives us less restrictions, we don’t need an expert guide and everything is open to a wider pool of solutions.
We are witnessing a massive change which makes the world smarter, more intuitive and convenient. With the coming together of Artificial Intelligence in our lives it is only logical to expect an unprecedented boost in the Esports. But, what actually does it mean? Esports may seem as a simple term but its true meaning goes beyond that. There are a few common meanings of e-sports.
E-sport:
An action sport. E-sports refers to sports competitions played between two teams in real time on an electronic device. These actions may include, e.g. table tennis, wrestling, lacrosse, squash, netball, soccer, etc. E-sports are usually organized via computer platforms and mobile devices and take place in conventional athletic venues.
Esports:
A type of video game (or virtual reality or augmented reality) in which participants engage in simulated real-world competitive matches, typically using digital computer networked hardware and associated software, and played in an arena, stadium, or other suitable physical space as per local laws and regulations, and often using artificial intelligence or machine learning techniques. Such competition occur via computers, mobile devices, console systems, or gaming consoles. Electronic gaming (E-gaming) is a subtype of esports. Typically organized via computer networks, portable consoles, handheld media players, cloud computing services, web browsers and related applications. For example, League of Legends (LoL), Counter-Strike: Global Offensive (CS:GO), Rocket League, World of Warcraft and others.
Electronic Gaming:
The practice of playing computer games on handheld virtual environments. Virtual environments consist of interactive 3D environments that mimic real-world conditions. Digital worlds are used primarily when developing high-fidelity simulations of real-world situations for gaming.
Virtual Reality / Augmented Reality:
Refers to a field of computer vision designed to create environments of experience and interpretation through the incorporation of intelligent algorithms within a user’s existing knowledge and abilities. Usually such environment appear as actual visual content instead of purely abstract data or images, this allows users to interact with objects and scenes in their environment. As the name implies, both VR and AR manipulate the three spatial dimensions of a person’s surrounding to simulate a fully immersive and completely virtual environment. Also referred as “virtual objects” and “virtual spaces”.
These types of environments are created for virtual realities, allowing realistic representations of the real world by means of a camera perspective or 3D projection. However, it also includes special effects by means of light, sound, and manipulation of graphics, or simply to provide physical interaction. By changing the direction of the camera or by moving the object around, objects and objects in the landscape can move, change angles and even rotate, rendering an entirely virtual environment.
Augmented Reality :
Refers to a field of computer vision designed to create, modify, or overlay computer screens onto the real world in such a way that the two are connected. Usually such overlays can incorporate sensors, special effects and other data capture devices and software. Most commonly for gaming and science fiction, Augmented Realities will overlay text, graphics, sounds, and image processing capabilities on real-world surroundings, creating a simulated, almost interactive environment.
In addition to VR/AR, AI may change how we perceive and behave in the physical and virtual worlds. In today’s world, most people live surrounded by an array of cameras and electronics. All this might be enough to feel lost or lonely and this is why some people might decide to go crazy with the use of AI. Some might look down upon human beings and judge us based on how we can be perceived by society. Whereas some would find it intriguing to see us through the eyes of robots and machines. It is said to be very hard to tell who is right and wrong and if it can really be classified into two categories. We are living in a world where we are not sure if we are alone in the universe, how long will we be here and with whom are we going to meet in the near future. How far will humans travel around this planet and how will we survive? Who knows? Will we ever need to leave home? The answers to all these questions will always remain unknown and this could lead to chaos or chaos. Even though people might never know, this is what makes us curious about whether a robot or a machine will be able to take care of people or provide us with all the luxuries, then we would definitely feel like I have to look after myself.
This might be one of the most confusing concepts but in the early days of robotics, the first human-friendly robots were known to be quite clumsy and unorganized. Until recent times however, artificial intelligence seems like a promising solution to solve some complicated issues and even make human beings obsolete. AI has no limits. Robots can learn, imitate, and eventually perform tasks for humans and humans can learn, imitate and eventually perform tasks for robots. Though the idea of robots replacing humans might seem alarming, it is becoming easier and easier to believe that we might soon be facing robots. For instance, we already have self-driving cars, drones and artificial intelligences in our homes, cell phones, watches, watch bands and other gadgets. Yes, we are seeing robots taking over the work and performing tasks for us to get things done.
Here are some facts about what exactly is happening in the automation industry:
Robots are getting better and better at automating routine jobs like cleaning and taking care of children. A study showed that by 2018, nearly half of the US labor force might be automated out, creating millions of jobless workers. Since then, a trend and shift started to change the workplace and create a greater focus on worker safety and productivity.
